Alpha Founders students survive one of the most selective admissions processes in the country — cognitive testing, a 4-week remote gauntlet, and an in-person elimination in Austin. They use AI natively, they're hungry to prove themselves, and they ship. These aren't interns.

Fire anytime. No obligation. If the student isn't performing, end the apprenticeship whenever you want — no questions asked, no hard feelings. We pre-screen every student through the most selective admissions process in the country, but if it's not working, it's not working.

Get on the menu
Your business is presented as one of the apprenticeship opportunities available to students.
Student pitches you
If a student picks your business, we help them develop a project pitch — unless you already have one in mind. They pitch it to you directly.
You decide
The pitch is their interview. Accept or reject based on the quality of their proposal and your read on the student.
Student executes
Your apprentice works on the project daily, managed by their dedicated AF coach. You do a weekly 30-min mentoring & feedback call.
Real output
3 months later, you have a completed project and a student who proved themselves.
Continue or repeat
Offer your apprentice continuing work, or bring on a new student for the next cycle.
